Bristol Park is one of the better known first time home buyer price range neighborhoods in Rock Hill, SC. It's homes have an under $150 price tag, the homes are mostly ranch but with a few two story units thrown in, mature landscaping (that means it actually has real grown up trees in the yards), and it is in a great location off of exit 82 on I77. No amenities to speak of but with an $85 a year HOA fee you really can't complain.
